Cubotex will be exposing at the FIMAST hosiery and socks exhibition in Brescia, Italy, from 19 to 22 October 2021 at the Brixia Forum (Stand B06). Hosiery dyeing is part of the DNA of Cubotex, as the company was founded thanks to an international patent of an innovative machine to dye hosiery. Nowadays, nearly 60-70% of the pantyhose dyed worldwide are being processed using Cubotex machines.
At FIMAST Cubotex will be displaying two sampling machines for yarn dyeing – model RVS, for bobbin dyeing, and an MBR spray dyeing machine for hank dyeing. Both machines are equipped with the latest instruments for the measurement of utility consumption parameters. The control system of each machine can store and visualize data reporting the overall consumption of water, steam and electricity at the end on the dyeing cycle. This is a very crucial factor in the dyeing process, enabling manufacturers to have full transparency over the effective final costs of their products.
Dyeing process’ sustainability is also a key driver of the R&D in Cubotex. Energy saving on our dyeing machines is achieved thanks to internally designed, engineered and manufactured pumps and components, combined with the special geometry of the machinery that contributes to reduce the footprint.
The sampling machines showcased at FIMAST have been designed to grant customers Lab to Bulk repeatability on the output of the dyeing recipes. This is achieved thanks to similar geometries, same specific flow parameters and same specific head losses of production machines.
In addition to the machines on display at our stand, we will be keen to give our customers and visitors all the informations regarding the rest of our products portfolio, which include rotary drum dyeing machines (model PMT), cabinet machines (AMRE), steamers (SVT) and textile dryers.
Talking about dryers, FIMAST will be Cubotex’s first in-presence event since the acquisition of the ALEA dryers brand in June 2020, a historical brand for dryers in Italy. Thanks to this operation, we are now able to manufacture also hank, fibre and tow dryers, enabling us to offer our customers complete turn-key solutions coming from a unique supplier and single partner reference behind the entire dyehouse equipment.
