These machines represent the result of 35 years of R&D focused on the reduction of utilities consumption. Nowadays average running consumption of 1200 kg yarn dyeing machines is approximately 40 kWh. Flow distribution and speed across the carrier is one of the key points of the machine design for achievement of the best dyeing quality and repeatibility.
Pumps are designed and manufactured in Cubotex. You will not find the same impeller anywhere else. It comes from 35 years of dyeing experience.
The number of cycles imposed in design condition grants the longest machine life without structure or welding problems.

Critical parts of the machines can be manufactured in duplex stainless steel SAF 2205 upon request. Resistance to stress corrosion is 50% higher compared to 316 grade.

Capacity range varies from laboratory machine to approximately 1000 kg covering all capacities from 40 kg onwards. All machines with same diameter have inter-changeable material holders. Trolleys can be interchangeable even between different diameter machines.
The lenght of the material holder is customized between above exposed range, to fulfill any different capacity requirement. The choice of the proper model for each customer is carefully done considering the best combination between machine diameter and lenght to reduce liquor ratio at the minimum.
All machines work with air pad technology and can process reduced loads with variable filling level.
