You are now on the page of ECOMAT machine, the latest hank dyeing system of our product line.
This machine is now under final trials before being launched officially on the market and it will be proposed in two different versions: vertical system with loading by means of crane and horizontal system like a traditional hank dyeing machine.
The unique feature of this machine is the possibility to reach 140°C and dye polyester hanks. Being this system a patent pending machine, we invite you to contact us for any further information. Official launch of the machine on the market is planned for first half of 2021.

Pump design

Ecomat pump is realized with the same impeller used on our cabinet machines but it fits into a round shape body to resist high pressure.

Machine design

Round shape machine with internal dyeing compartment suitable to receive a standard parallelepiped hank dyeing carrier.

Horizontal version

This system will be suitable to be integrated and installed in any exhisting dyehouse operating with cabinet machines. Working system, carriers and dye poles will be the same.

Vertical version

This system can be integrated in exhisting installations where vertical machines with loading by means of crane are running. The hank dyeing carrier has the same shape and same poles of traditional cabinet machines.
