Bleaching system can be based on centrifugeable plates or baskets with individual pressing lids. We supply turn-key projects including hydro extractors of any size. Machines equipped with doble rotating cover or without internal basket and suitable to receive directly the dye machine carrier.

Our fibre dryer model B 72 comes from 150 years of Alea experience in textile dryers. Air drying is a must in any medical cotton processing plant.

In case of dyeing by means of centrifugeable baskets, cake density and weight will be higher and it is necessary to add a cake extractor to plant configuration.
