You are now on the page related to spray dyeing machines, which is the hank dyeing technology that permits the most delicate treatment on the yarn. From laboratory size up to big production, we offer a wide range of combinations between numer and lenght of the arms to cover any capacity. Spray dyeing machines are available also in high temperature version. We invite you to explore also our hank drying system with automatic squeezer for a further improvement of hank quality at the end of the process.

Liquor distribution

Machine design by CFD (computational fluid dynamics) allows to achieve a perfect and uniform distirbution of the flow across all the arms.

Easy material loading

Machines with longer arms are supplied with arm sliding system. Arms slide on rails and can be partially extracted from the machine.

Arms rotation system

By means of independent motors on each arm to avoid problems on the entire dyelot in case of motor failure.

Removable arms with loading trolley

All machines can be supplied with double set of arms and loading/downloading trolley carrying up to 4 arms.

Despite to the wide range of capacity and combinations listed above, we remind that every machine load can be partialized using special arms with partial perforation or without perforation at all.
For example the machine model MBR 4×120 can be loaded with 3 arms of 1200 mm and one arm of 600 mm.All machines are available in atmospheric version or pressurized for reaching process temperature of 110°C.
