A new concept of load flexibility

DyeFlex machines represent the latest development on our RVS machines and reflect our customers demands of higher load flexibility in yarn and fibre dyeing machines.

Dyeflex machines are designed according to customer flexibility requirements and the same machine can cover from 15% to 100% of the nominal load capacity with 12 different loading configurations with almost constant liquor ratio and material fully covered.

Each machine is equipped with two circulation pumps and can receive two material holders with different diameters.

Fibre dyeing

DyeFlex machines can also receive fibre dyeing carriers with different diameters. In the same machine it is possible to process for example fibre cakes of 250 kg and cakes of 50 kg with same liquor ratio.

High repeatibility

DyeFlex machines use two different pumps to maintain a constant specific flow in any loading configuration. The smaller pump permits to reduce machine loading up to 40% even when the smaller size carrier is in process.

Machine integration

DyeFlex machines can be perfectly intergrated in exhisting dyehouses and can be designe dto receive any existing material holder of different machines.

Patent pending technology

DyeFlex represents the last Cubotex patent claimin not only the new concept of two machines in one but even the new system for keeping a constant liquor ratio when processing the small diameter carrier.
