Spray dyeing and cabinet dyeing technology in the same machine: Cubotex patent, the only machine on the market with this unique feature

This unique machine has been developed to giveour customers the possibility to dye ANY type of material in hank form. There are articles which can be dyed in cabinet machines and other articles which cannot. At the same time, some articles can be dyed better or more efficiently in cabinet machines and not in spray dyeing systems. Our UNIMAT machine is the ultimate solution which allows the use of both technologies. The conversion of the machine takes no more than 5 minutes from one system to the other and like all Cubotex dyeing systems can be totally customized.

Material loading

UNIMAT system can receive alternatively a standard material holder for cabinet machines or can be equipped with rotating arms.

Process technology

When operating in spray dyeing configuration, filling level is adjusted accordingly and heating system is partialized to permit a proper and accurate temperature control even with a reduced liquor volume.

Cabinet configuration

In this case UNIMAT system runs exaclty like any other Cubotex cabinet machine, receiving the same inter-changeable material holders for a perfect integration in existing dye-plants.

Spray dyeing configuration

In spray dyeing mode, the machine has same liquor ratio and consumption of our MBR spray dyeing machines, the same delicate treatment and the same process parameters are mantained.

Above mentioned poles capacity is based on 56 mm pitch. The dual dyeing system of this machine does not only allow to process any type of yarn but also gives a tremendous load flexibility for those articles which can be dyed with both technologies.

For bigger models, the UNIMAT system is equipped with sliding arms for easier loading/downloading of the material.

In case of specific capacity requirement, there is no limitation on machines design, any different width or depth size can be manufactured upon request.
