Loose fiber dryer model B 72

The dryer model B 72 comes from 150 years of experience of the company Alea. Since 2020, these drying systems are manufactured and sold with new design under the new brand Alea by Cubotex.

This drying system has a modular structure with drying bays of 6500 mm lenght which can be combined to reach any different production demand. The perfect distribution of the air inside the machine on the entire width of the belt is a further guarantee of drying uniformity. Air drying compared to radio frequency system is a more gentle treatment on the fiber with consequent final better quality.

Cake openeing system

Our drying systems are equipped with special cake openers which allow a perfect distribution of the fiber on the entire width of the dryer.

Process control

New machine control by PLC with direct consumption measurement of energy and steam for a complete and precise processing cost calculation

Drying uniformity

Fans and air distribution system come from 150 years of experience. Fan blades and air conveyors are unique and now re-designed with CFD system.

Humidity control system

Multiple sensors for humidity control for automatic regulation of fan and belt speed to optimize fibre quality and machine consumption.

Drying system productivity varies according to initial and final moisture of different textile fibers which can be processed in our machine B 72.

According to the product to be dried, the machine controller will propose different drying recipes having different bays temperatures, belt and fan speeds optmized for any specific fibre.

These recipes come from the experience accumulated from hundreds of machines installed in more than 70 Countries worldwide.
