Vacuum steamers model STV

STV machines are suitable to treat any different type of textile product at any temperature up to 180°C. Material holders can be customized according to any customer requirement.

These machines are produced to fulfill our customers requests from laboratory size up to high production demands. All machines are produced in 2 versions, atmospheric and under pressure (max. temperature 140° or 180°C). with steam or electrical heating. Saturates dry steam can be generated directly inside the machine or can be used direct steam from factory line.

Vacuum pump

We use italian primary brands of liquid ring vacuum pumps dimensioned to achieve nearly 680-700 mmHg vacuum level in approximately 60 to 80 seconds on bigger models. Noise insulation system available.

Steam generation

Internal heat exchanger placed on the lower part of the kier for dry saturated steam generation.

Material holders

Any different type of material holder can be realized for yarns, t shirts, seamless garment or any different requirement.

High thickness insulation all around the machine with high quality materials

Capacity range on each diameter can vary according to machine lenght.
Any different size can be available upon request, there is no limitation on machine design.

All machines use modular carriages and can be supplied with 2 automatic doors one in front for loading and one rear door for material exit.

Material of construction 100% stainless steel 304, upon request 316 and SAF 2205 for particular applications.
